Client Engagement Terms

These terms summarize how Kosma Connect (Kosma, Corp.) engages with employer clients. A full written placement agreement is provided for signature before any engagement begins; these terms describe its core commitments.

How we engage

Kosma Connect is a direct-hire recruiting firm. We source, screen, and present vetted candidates for the roles you're hiring for. You interview and make all hiring decisions. We place candidates as your direct W-2 employees — we are not a staffing or temp agency.

Fees

Contingency only. You pay nothing unless you hire a candidate we introduce. No retainers, no upfront fees, no subscriptions.
Placement fee. Our standard fee is 20% of the placed candidate's first-year base salary, invoiced upon the candidate's start date.
Payment terms. Invoices are due net-30 from the candidate's start date.

90-day guarantee

If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within 90 days of their start date, we will work to replace them at no additional fee. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, the placement fee is refunded on a prorated basis.

Candidates

Candidates never pay fees to Kosma Connect. We represent candidates only with their consent and present them to you on a confidential basis.

How we use your information

When you submit our contact form, we use the details you provide (name, company, email, phone, and the role you're hiring for) solely to follow up about your hiring needs and to send you a confirmation. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing ben@trykosmaconnect.com.
